About Pepsi's color (source cf. Wikipedia):

The Skewbald horse has a coat made up of brown and white patches, on top of either pink or black skin. While the term is seldom used in the USA, and if used, refers to any brown and white spotted horse, in the UK it is typically used referring to a manifestation of the Tobiano gene.
However, nowadays horses of this colour are more correctly referred to as Coloured in the UK. In the United States, all such spotted horses are simply called Pinto, or if in reference to a the breed, Paint horse .
