About Blue's color (source cf. Wikipedia):

Cremello is a color consisting of a cream colored body with a cream or white mane and tail. This occurs when a horse is homozygous for a dilution gene (sometimes referred to as the so-called cream gene acting on a red. i.e. chestnut base coat. Cremellos have pink skin, blue eyes, and are a light cream or gold color when born. They might fade to almost white as an adult horse, however.
